More Misinformation from the Legacy Media
An article that appeared yesterday in Axios is chilling in its implications.
"Growing numbers of Americans are buying into misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines, according to a new national survey..."
And just what is this misinformation they are talking about?
"... with more than one in five believing it's safer to get the virus than to get a shot."
False dichotomy. Getting the shot does not mean you won't get the virus. Moderna's own study showed repeat booster shots make reinfection MORE LIKELY. This was the most spectacular failure in vaccine history -- a "vaccine" that makes you more likely to get the index condition.
The studies purporting to prove getting the shot is safer than getting covid compared unvaxxed patients who were hospitalized for covid with ALL vaxxed subjects. That's like comparing all the drunk drivers in the country with all the sober drivers who have already been hospitalized for car crash injuries, and concluding that drunk driving is safer than sober driving.
"Belief in misconceptions is stoking vaccine hesitancy with the nation facing a summer surge of infections, more COVID-related hospitalizations..."
There's no data showing the shot reduces hospitalizations. Pfizer's own data showed the shot INCREASES the rate of serious adverse events.
"28% of respondents to Annenberg's survey incorrectly believe that COVID-19 vaccines have been responsible for thousands of deaths..."
In fact, after the vax was rolled out in Germany, excess deaths among prime-age adults SKYROCKETED. Most of these deaths were not due to covid. The rate of stillbirths went up as well. "Thousands of deaths" no doubt is an understatement.
"22% believe the false idea that it's safer to get a COVID infection than to get the vaccine..."
Same false dichotomy already dealt with above.
"Previous polling has shown sizable numbers of Americans who believe COVID vaccine misinformation know they're at odds with scientists and medical experts, suggesting that educating people on the science behind vaccines won't change many minds."
As if "the scientists and medical experts" speak with one voice. As if we weren't warned, early in the course of the pandemic, about the possibility of original antigenic sin, antibody-dependent enhancement, and much more from eminently credentialed experts from the world's top medical centers.
The people who deploy this argument have no idea of what science is, or they think we don’t. I’m not sure which is worse.
And that remark "... suggesting that educating people on the science behind vaccines won't change many minds" is downright chilling. They have as much as admitted they cannot prevail in a free and open debate. So what do they have in mind instead?
