The FDA has settled out of court a case brought on behalf of doctors who prescribed ivermectin to patients suffering from COVID-19. While the agency denied any wrongdoing, it has agreed to remove webpages and social media posts urging people not to take this drug.
They were evil rather than stupid, but the people who believed their obvious lies were unbelievably dumb. Not just mean spirited. They trusted talking heads on TV more than friends or family. Not only did they throw away all basic self-preservation skills but screamed nasty things at those who refused to join them.
